BABY NAMES

Yesterday we went over to Brian and Christy's house and while we were there Morgan decided to get out paper and pencil and write down the baby names she likes for us. We thought it was so cute, and loved the spellings! Theses are just a few of the funny ones. She was so cute, she told us before we left that if there were some on the list we didn't like we could just cross it off, and we didn't have to use it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH!!

28 and counting... Monday was Josh's 28th birthday!! I took off part of work that day to spend time with him and I'm so glad I did. We had a fun day. We went to Seven Peaks with Collin, Emma and Chris for a few hours. Then Josh and I went up to Salt Lake for dinner. We went to Ruths Chris Steak House, one of the best resturants we have ever been to. After dinner we went over the Adam and Shannon's house for cake and ice cream. We got an ice cream cake from cold stone, and it was so good. I can't beleive it's been another year. Im glad that we are able to celebrate the day he was born. I am so grateful for him,a nd grateful for all the he has accoplished, and plans to accoplish. I love all the little things about him, I couldn't imagine life without him. He is such a great husband, alwasys willing to do things for other people and is my best friend. I have never laughed so much with one person. I love you Josh, Happy Birthday.

St. George

So this last weekend we went to St. George to play and visit our friends Jeff and Kayla. It was 106 on Friday, but that was okay because we were at the lake and it felt so good to be in the water and out in the sun. We rented some inflatable kayaks and went across the entire lake(well that's what it felt like). The boys went cliff jumping, even there 2 year old little boy, Cru, and we swam around in this little bay. We started to head back and me and Josh's kayak started to fill with water. At first it didn't seem like too much because you get water from splashing, until it was covering half our legs and we were going in circles, because there was too much water. Of course this didn't happen until we were in the middle. We headed to the edge, tried to lift it out and were just going to walk it. Ya, that didn't work. So I got out went to shore to try and find someone with something motorized to save Josh, while he tried to swim it back. A guy in a wave runner came to the rescue. I think filling up with water just made it that much more fun! Its all about the experience. Josh, Jake, Loopy, and I all went golfing, we had a pool party, ate some good pizza, tried to go play sand volleyball, twice, and really just hung out. It was so much fun... thanks again Jeff and Kayla for letting us stay with you, its always hard to leave when we come and play. Ill post pictures later!!!

Fathers Day

For fathers day i couldn't help but get him buckeye stuff for our baby-to-be. Josh has already asked that when the baby comes home from the hospital, if he/she could wear a buckeye outfit. He said because it will be football season and it would be perfect. I don't think it would of really matter if it was June- he still would of wanted him/her to come home wearing something Ohio state. Of course i agreed but I told him that if its a girl she has to be wearing a red bow!! He thinks it will be so cute! I am so excited for Josh to be a dad! He is so good with kids and if you haven't noticed he has a big soft spot. This is one of my favorite things about Josh and one of the most important things I wanted in my husband. I love him to death!

We were lucky to be able to spend fathers day with my dad this year. I think its been a while since i have actually been with my dad on fathers day. We are grateful for both our dads. They both mean the world to us and we are so lucky to learn from two of the most important people in our lives.

STOMP

(thanks sheerstie for posting so I could steal the pictures)
Josh, Sam, Sheerstie and I all went to STOMP this weekend. It was one of the best shows I have been too. It was so entertaining, and amazing the different ideas people have to make percussion. They used match boxes, sinks with water, barrels, basketballs, brooms, water, sand, pans, you name it. I think the best part was wondering what new object they would going to use the next act. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Metting Baby Hallie

Last weekend we were able to go up to Idaho to see baby Hallie for the first time!! She was born the weekend I went to California and then we were gone the next few weekends so this was the first chance we had to see her. She is so cute, and seems to be a really good baby! Easy for me to say, I'm not the one up with her at night!! On Sunday Steve Blessed her, and she looked even cuter in her all white dress!

Famous leg pump... to help get out the gas!

If this does not make a pregnant wife get teary eyed , I don't know what will!

When my first nephew was born, i decided to make it tradition to make each of the nieces and nephews a little blanket. I think we I got the idea I didn't think that soon I would have lots of nieces and nephews, which means lots of blankets. It's been fun to make them, and here is the 9th blanket with more on the way!

Games Nigth!! Mom told us that her 3rd graders made there Jenga tower 17 inches high... so we were determined to beat it! We finally made it, and beat it at 18 inches. You forget how much fun these kind of games are!
